Why I Built 11.11 VR

After more than a decade behind the chair as a master barber and instructor, I saw the same challenge over and over again: new barbers were expected to build confidence while practicing on real clients.

 

Learning to cut hair takes repetition, precision, and experience. But in traditional barber education, mistakes can cost time, confidence, and trust.

 

I knew there had to be a better way.

 

That vision led me to create 11.11 VR — an immersive training platform designed to help barber students practice fades, master technique, and build confidence before touching real clients.
